97-03 Silver in Schaumburg. Tacs and Cannon Exhaust

A few months ago I saw a 97-03 2-dr Silver GTP that was decked out. Had tacs the pillar (dunno wtf its called). Some white guy was driving it.

The exhaust had cannon tips. Single. It was driving on Roselle rd near roselle and schaumburg rd.

Thats all the info I had. I wasnt in my GP so I didnt flag him down.
