I love build/member ride threads but never really make my own. Some people here know about my 03 Cobra but I've had my 91 Hatch for 14 years now. I've started working on it again so I'll try and use this thread for some motivation.
Little back story, I had saved all my money as a kid knowing I wanted a Fox 5.0 as a first car. Luckily I somehow convinced my parents to let me buy this car in 2000 when I was in 8th grade. I'll never forget the day we got it. Bone stock down to the air silencer with some shitty purple tint. A commercial pilot in Park Ridge had it for the princely sum of $4,500, everything I had.
It's kind of been on the back burner since getting the Cobra. Recently I've decided to change some stuff on it and now it's all apart again.
It's a typical bolt-on Fox. No LS bullshit here or ever. If I had the funds I'd wanna do a Coyote swap but the pushrod 5.0 is still fun.
