Dyer Indiana, Black Termi w/Red Stripes

There is a Black Termi with 2 Red Racing Stripes parked in a driveway on Hart/Sheffield Rd about 1/2 mile South of Steger.
I never see this car move and its been in the driveway for YEARS.

Anyone know who's it is?

I used to see this car when I lived near there...does it have plates like VNMOUS or something like that?

Never spoke with the guy, just saw it around town occasionally
