My A/C in the house bit the dust tonight...the landlord is asking me if I know anybody; I don't.
We will have 6 kids in the house tomorrow with 95 degree temps, high humidity, and no AC!
Anyway, he has several proporties that need servicing...so even if this is a side job for someone it could be a long-term ongoing thing down the road.
I'm pretty sure the fan is shot; or possibly the start capacitor...both of which would not be much of a deal to replace. However I'm not an HVAC guy, and don't want to throw money at the problem until it's fixed, most HVAC guys can diagnose more accurately than me. I did also try shutting the sytem down for a few hours then restarting in case it was a pressure switch...but didn't work.
Anyway, hit me up here if you can take on the extra work...TIA
