Anybody have a hookup on gas dryer repair???

My whirlpool frontloader gas dryer won't turn on, all of a suddon. I checked everything I could and nothing. The keypad will not light up, but inside the door dryer lights up so there is power going to it. Anybody know of a good repairman or shop that does in home repairs that won't break the bank. I don't have a fancy shmancy dryer w/the digital key pad and all but when my regular guy dryer would heat for a min and then not heat at all I googled the shit outa it and ended up fixing it myself despite not knowing a thing about how they work. Cost me all of $6 and a couple trips to Sears for parts. GL and let us know what the fix was.
