Saw this deal on blackfriday and it sold out instantly. According to the slickdeals forums it comes with ink but not a cable. I bought one this morning for a extra, cant beat a printer and ink for $20 shipped. Makes a good gift also.
Sounds like a good deal. Especially since ink in itself is more than $20. I have plenty of cables. Had to buy some for another printer I had. I just may order one.
