Don't know about a carb application but for FI, you need at least 30% more injector. What type of fuel pump is he running?

Here's a good link on E-85:

They started selling E-85 right down the street from me - $2.03/gallon as of yesterday (11/15)

This shit is 105 octane by the way!

My LM-1 was converted to E-85 reading - Now I understand.

Roy

actually, the EASIEST thing to do is to display in lambda... .850 lambda is around 12.5 a/f GAS... then, you can do your division or multiplication to see exactly how much you need to richen or lean your mixture.. if your lambda display .870, then you just add 2% to your fuel curve.

if you skip to the 2nd page around post #31+, it will explain what I am talking about how most widebands display gas a/f

If you left your meter set for gas tune it to 12.5/1 or .85 Lambda (that's what I do just a lower A/F) If you went into the WB settings and set it for E85 tune it to 8.3/1 or .85 lambda. Like bob said using lambda is easier because it will read 1 for stoich and .85 for max power regardless of how its set or fuel used

Their might be some info on carb tuning here http://www.e85performance.net/forums/
