I don't think you'd pick up a "mint" 930 Turbo for 10g. My dad sold his goodish 1981 911 SC back in like 2002 for like 18g. I mean if it had like 100K+ miles then maybe. But then when the motor blows you should probably think about putting a mortgage on the house to pay for a rebuild. My dad was telling my when he owned his first 911, I believe it was a '76. The timing tensioner went out some valves met some pistons, etc. Back in like '79 it was $600 a piston. That was just the cost, didn't include labor.

^ 1987 911 Targa SC with the 3.2, my cousin owned one just like this in the late 90's, he sold it a little after he got married but damn do I remember this car like it was yesterday. Fast as fuck and took a corner like nothing. I miss that thing.

Early model 996 , pre facelift..1999-2002 or 2003.. would have to be a carrera 2WD, 6spd, and have the optional 18's

A. 924's were junk, if you were gonna go that style just go with the 944 in Turbo form
B. Me and Unclarry have a friend who's dad has a MINT 944 Turbo black with Fuch's. It has like 24K miles, and her dad NEVER drives it. It's really disappointing sometimes, I just want to steal it...
