Should not matter. Should be cal'ed for the same size injectors and same bore-size anyways. 99% sure it is drop in...

if its not, i have the maf tube (no sensor) for the '02 gt i once had. i have a throttle body and air filter box too.

I think one is 60 or 62 and the 2002 is 65mm. You won't notice a difference.

i used my tuner and i recently have a trouble code 2002 has an extra wire in the mass air for air tempature sensor i need to get a stock mass air from ford

It is usually an extra two wires for the IATS. Should be the outside two wires of the 6 pin MAS's. If I am reading what your saying correctly then if you do wan't to use the 2000 GT MAS then you will need to take the two outer wires in the MAS wiring pigtail and connect them to a separate IATS that you would have to place in your upstream intake somewhere.
