Remote start issues, need a recomendation

I have a Autopage remote start that is not working right. Just had it installed two years ago but wont unlock doors now and starts the truck up but shuts off after 15sec or so (makes three attempts). I dont know if its bad or just needs service? Any recomendations on who can look it over and trouble shoot/repair/or recomend a new one?

Sounds like your bypass/doorlock module lost its programming. Should be an easy fix. If you can find the programing instructions.

I would charge $40 at the shop.

remote start question: the dealership put one on my car, but now when i use the remote to lock it, it doesn't beep to let me know its locked. (i know the beep is usually annoying, but when its bad weather or im in a rush, i like hearing the beep as an added assurance). any ideas jd?

also, apparently some cars void the warranty if the dealer doesn't put it on themselves... is there a loop hole of some kind? (im looking for a co worker)
