Windshield replacement

Anyone have a low cost local option for windshield replacement? Located in Schaumburg area. Safelite is WAY too expensive.

Do you not have full coverage? Most insurance companies cover it because it's a safety hazard.

$500 deductible, i think it would just go against that? Maybe I will call my agent. Safelite quoted about $300 which is a total rip.

Who do you have? Most are zero deductible. I got mine repaired by safelite or whatever. I have AAA and I know state farm is the same way.

Doesn't go against you at all in terms of rates going up or anything. Call your agent.

Brand new front windshield for a 98 Ranger - $160, They came to my home and did it in my driveway, took maybe 30 minutes.

Used rear windshield for a 2000 Ranger super cab - $100, (Non-Slider, was essentially new as it came off a 2010 ranger that someone swapped to a slider), came to my home and replaced it.

Used driver side door glass and rear 1/4 glass for a 97 Grand Am, $180, brought the vehicle to them.

little bit of a drive but its all highway taking 290, but area auto glass in cicero does most cars for $100 -125.

when i worked for lynch auto group in the city, we used auto glass masters.
They are near elston and montrose.

Danny always gave us a great deal.

Most insurances have a separate windshield deductible, lots of times it is $50 - $100 to get yours replaced via insurance
