GPS Problems

I have a Pioneer AVIC F700BT head unit in my car, and thus it has GPS. The only problem is when I go anywhere around 80 and 355 and need to use my GPS, it doesn't know that 355 has extended all the way. I've tried to find updates to the firmware, but no success so far. On top of that, how do I get it downloaded to the head unit? Any suggestions?

Does it have USB connectivity? Some factory systems like Ford's Sync update via flash drive and downloaded file.

it does have a USB extension in my glovebox. So I just plug in the thumb drive and it'll know what to do? I haven't had much to do with in-dash GPS's

After downloading whatever update to the flash drive via your computer, yes. Might be able to view an owner's manual on Pioneer's website with instructions on how to do that.

I'm dumb. I don't know why I didn't think of downloading and looking at the manual myself. Thanks! I will check that out and see if that works.
