1998 z28 fuse box diagram

Was up TCG. I just got a 98 Z and the dash lights dont work and the panel for the fuse box is missing, so i cant tell what im looking for. does anybody know where i can pull up one? i searched Google and nothing. Also if it helps all the other lights inside the car work even the Tach lights up just not the speedo

if the exterior corner lights turn on and the hvac/radio lights change when you turn on the parking lights then everything is fine you just have to change out pretty much all the instrument cluster bulbs. if the tach in the inst panel lights up and nothing else does it kinda confirms it...if its an external/aftermarket tach and it lights up but the inst panel doesnt light up it kinda also confirms the bulbs are burned out
