there were so many rumors surrounding this crash too...the big one was that nick was racing the hulks viper..whether hulk was driving it was never revealed

The Funny thing is that Nick will be getting another Supra very soon.... The other kids family is sueing them but Nick will be pretty much getting a slap on the wrist from the police.

on another note, its kind of weird how the passenger sustained more injuries when it seems like the drivers side took the most damage. mabye passenger wasnt wearing a seat belt?

Did they say how fast he might have been going when he hit whatever he hit? Maybe the targa top smashed down on the guys neck harder than with Nick? He is the offspring of the Hulkster, so he probably "Hulked-up" before he hit whatever and sustained minor injuries.
