For the most part yes. The ones zzp sells are just sleeves that slip over a normal strut (like agx's) an then a different spring an tophat are used to make it adjustable. the struts have to be modified so it's not like you can just buy some and put them on

Lots of difference with coilovers. You have adjustable ride height, but the shock body is threaded so height change doesn't affect spring rate. Usually have adjustable rebound and compression, and they usually have camber adjustable top hats and some times a pillow ball upper mount so you don't get any binding in the spring.

True for most coil-overs, but Yeah, pretty sure the w-body ones are a stock style upper mount, just poly instead of rubber, and sleeved shocks, camber is not top adjustable, IIRC you need camber bolts for the struts still with the w-body coil-overs
