99-04 Vs 05+ Mustang Rims, Grand Prix guys help?

What is the difference in measurements for 99-04 'bullets' and 05+ 'bullets?

For the ranger, 05+ Bullet wheels need spacers, however don't the 99-04's 'stick out farther' and may not need spacers due to their bigger offset? or do I have it backwards?

05+s have higher offset... they are more to the wheel wells.

99-04s have smaller offset- they stick out more.

I've read that a ranger with 05+ bullitt's needs a 1 inch spacer out front, and 1.5 out back.

So do you think I'd need spacers if I ran a set off a 99-04? any way to confirm this stuff, I'm kinda going into a new territory for me now...

I'm going to lower mine 2/3 *2 front, 3 rear, like the red 05 pictured in that thread* and get gunmetal bullitt's *copper/orange truck, similar color to 350Z/SRT-4's*
