Car advice/suggestions/ideas

So in December I'll be stationed in Virginia. I'm looking at a few different car options and figured I'd get everyones 2 cents. So heres what I'm thinking....


Trade the tC in for:
Trailblazer SS
08+ WRX Hatch
04+ STI
08+ Evo?
Charger R/T or higher
G8 GT?

I'm looking for a car with a good aftermarket, something fun to drive, and something that can still haul more than 2 people if needed. (starting a family soon, probly needed) Only thing is, I don't know if I want to drive a manual anymore....

Anyways, TCG give me all your thoughts!

I REALLY like the TBSS but never driven or been in one. That would probably be more than enough room and speed for you compared to the other options your considering...

TBSS are pretty nice.

Id go with the EVO or the STi. Performance, 4 doors and year round driving should be no prob because of the AWD.

for what you're lookin for, id probably say tbss. fun, decent aftermarket, will haul lots of family members, and dont have to worry about manual

Id rock a TBSS any day of the week. Then again, I like the baby seat in the back, and cargo room, and of course, the LS2 to make daddy happy.

Forget about gas mileage though with the truck. If you can deal with getting 15mpg combined on premium gas, on a completely stock truck.

If you need something for family duty and want an automatic I'd go with the TBSS, G8 or Charger. Depending how much you want to spend you could also go used 335i sedan, which can be found for like 25-30k now. It's on the smaller side compared to the aforementioned rides, though.

Subaru back seats are pretty small. Cargo room is alright in the hatches though.

I don't care about gas anymore. (one reason i sold my 04 WRX)

I'm HEAVILY leaning towards the WRX/STI though. I have a few months to save and think, but I wouldn't be surprised if I got a Scooby in a few months
