So I am doing some work on a 02 Dodge Neon. And basically the bolt that holds the balancer on(one that threads into the crank) stipped out the threads(kinda) in the crank. Its not completely stripped, just like the first thread or two is. So I got a new bolt and go to put it in and it starts to thread, gets kinda tight, then spins loose. How can I fix this? I dont really want to replace the crank, lol cuz that would suck. Maybe a tap? IDK any help is appreciated. Thanks.
