CD Stuck

So I have an '05 Grand Cherokee that has a stuck CD. When I hit the eject button, it goes from CD mode back to the radio but the disc itself stays in.

Is there an easy way to pull it without taking apart my dashboard? I'm not very mechanically inclined so the less disassembling I have to do, the better.

When that happens in my Dad's Grand Cherokee. I usually hulk smash the dash above the CD player and Bezel. Works every time.
