Rear end chatter 07 F150

Welp my Dad called me today saying his rear end on his 2007 2WD F150 is now chattering. We replaced the gear fluid about 3 years ago with sythetic and added the friction modifier like you're suppose to. But now he says its chattering. I am wondering if we should swap out the fluid again or add more of the modifier?

Whats everyones thought?

Mine was doing this. Did some research and added some more friction modifier. Solved the problem. They come with synthetic in the rear from the factory btw.

Yup we changed itand went with full sythetic again. I might add more modifier and see what that does.
