@4:26 is a completely wrong statement. Ford didn't "loosen" up the rear suspension. It was actually made stiffer. That's how you get a FWD car to rotate. The spring rates on the rear of the ST is stiffer than the front.
Owning a ST, I don't agree with parts of the review for that side of the car. Why? I don't agree that the car is nervous. Tons of confidence that I can just chuck the car and go. The rear end sticks as long as you are on the throttle to balance the car out.
The TVC works very well to keep the car on the line.
