the one piece of advice i can give you is to buy all your stuff online. crutchfield has good shit (or used to back in the day, dont know whats "cool" now)...youll be able to find much better deals then just looking at circuit city or best buy

We ran 2 guage to an amp needing 1/0 since we couldn't find heavy enough wire around here, class D MTX amp (dont remember model #) running two 12'' MTX subs in the Sledgehammer box. In a pre 90 (we think) Toyota truck with extended cab. [borat] Very nice [/borat] Had a crappy walmart head unit running it, so wasn't getting the full power there either. Guy i know who works at circuit city (and knows his stuff) said go kicker if you want just loud, MTX has better sound quality.

my .02, not that anyone cares....go MTX
