My DD was stolen about a month ago, cops found it the next day. Who ever stole they took the cat and the battery that's about it.
Got it back went to a muffler shop and they installed everything new, starting from the headers to the muffler. The sensor that's under the car was still their. I also did and oil change and put new breaks.
And I took the car to work the next day. I noticed that it used allot more gas! I did the math and in getting 18mpg!! Before I would get 35+mpg!! Why?
It had the check engine light on I checked it with the machine, All the codes were flashing. I think it was because, of the oxygen sensor that's in front of the engine. 30 minutes ago I was putting antifreeze and I touch the oxygen sensor and the check engine light was gone? Dafuq?
Anyways lol why is it using so much gas? Can it be because one of the sensors is bad or what else?
