Installing new springs on heads

So i'm installing new double springs an the kit comes with these



I removed the old one



Now do i press the new cap on here, and what would you all recommend using?

BE CAREFUL you don't rip the seal on the valveguide, im surprised you didn't get a
"seal protector"

That's what i was worried about. Its just a press fit, which i seen but had no idea what to use without damaging it. I was thinking socket but that was still pressing on the seal

I have put them on with out a protector, but just make sure you oil
the inner side of the seal so its not so hard on the rubber pressing it on.

You can take the upper spring off before installing to protect the seal. Just don't stretch in putting it back on.
