2003 F250 speedometer not working

I did the test mode and this is what its doing, No ABS light on or OD light blinking when driving, and when i drive it will stop at where it was stopping in the video. on the test mode i can use the digital speedometer that reads it on the odometer and that reads right. I had a ford truck come in awhile ago with a similar issue. It ended up being the connection at the back of the cluster. All I did was remove the cluster, check for corrosion on the connector, and then just put it right back in. Didn't actually fix anything, but that took care of the issue completely. Not sure if it was loose, or what was going on. I'd say check your fuses first, and if they are all good, give that a try.
