I remember this truck. Shortly after I respectfully critiqued the hell out of FMU's work (besides the fabrication ability itself) the owner of said truck gave me a call to see what the heck was wrong with it; since I have built some pretty fun 4.6 & 5.0 Explorers in the past. Those guys at FMU know how to weld and can fabricate, but they know DICK about making a proper turbo system or tuning. They originally tried to use Garrett VNT-25's in this thing which are freaking TINY for a 4.6! They had issues like I predicted, then swapped to two T3 based turbos that I cannot recall. They could not get the tune right and the truck had to have the nuts clipped to dial things back to function half-ways correct. The owner seemed like a real nice guy, but FMU used him as a guinea pig and apparently screwed him over after they could not live up to their promises. It is too bad to hear, and I am sorry to see that he ended up having to sell it in the end.
