Ever ride through snow?

Wish I would have gotten off to take a pic, but early this morning leaving wisconsin, I started riding through flurries, which developed into a weak to very slightly moderate snowfall. Kinda nerve wracking on a high horsepower sportbike!

Years ago I used to ride year round. Hit a few snow patches and it's like a slip and slide. Definitely no hard braking or turning. They actually make snow tires for sport bikes which work pretty well.

i used to ride motocross in the snow. but on a street bike i get nervous with light rain. i'd be shitting bricks in snowfall

I've only been in rain probably 8-10 times on bikes my entire life, I make it a point to do that though. And that's riding for 10 years now.

I think i've done flurries and wet ground before, certainly not a good idea.

It was just foggy here the other morning and slightly damp ground and I got wheelspin with a very moderate amount of twist.

rear tire locks up easily, but makes for a ton of fun!

Hey Will you know they make an B mode for a reason on the bike :rollpicard: but I've never ridden in the snow. I try and keep it to a minimum of being caught in rain let alone in the snow.

However I use to take my bycycle out in the snow all the time when I was a kid. Lets just say I wouldn't mind taking a dirt bike out in the snow but fuck no to a sport bike.
