Can someone spare a carfax check?

Hi! I used to be on here when it was ChicagoSVT, not sure if anyone still remembers me. I am looking for a carfax report, I see it has 10 records. I'd like to know the details....

VIN# 1G1JF5241Y7188118

It's a 2000 Cavalier LS and the ODO is reading 71K - the person trying to sell it to us very cheap "doesn't know where the title is" and says we will need to contact the state to get the title. Seems a little fishy....

Really though, titles are a bitch to get in IL.

It would still help - the person is someone we know trying to sell the car from someone they "trust" - I think the carfax will show otherwise - they are saying the car was never in an accident etc.... it doesn't seem like a car with 71,000 miles, more like 271,000 miles.... wondering if the ODO was tampered with
