BAD BP GAS

So i'm pretty sure my 95 Cougar 4.6V8 has been affected by the bad gas that came from BP recently. My uncle's car was also affected and had to be towed to the dealership. His bill was something like 1k to get whatever done. I haven't had the chance to talk to him but what do you guys think is involved with that 1k$ bill? My guess would be fuel filter, drain gas, spark plugs, and new/flush injectors. Is there something i'm missing? Does anyone know off the top of their head where the fuel filter is located for the 4.6?

that sucks to hear. I read the bad batch had high levels of polymeric residue in it. I'd assume that involves flushing the entire fuel system out.
