That is what you should do!

I just bought my 97 non minty (2500, 4wd, 454, 4.10s, 170k miles) for 4k out the door and the only reason it was that high was because I found it at the dealer and had to pay the extra tax which I was not happy about.

That's still not a terrible price for a 3/4 ton burban. Looked like a pretty nice truck in the pictures. I got $2,200 for my far from minty 1/2 ton '97 with 200+ on the clock.

And he honestly probably used it as a tow vehicle for a boat or something of the like. Same thing with my mom's 2003 2500 yukon XL. For the first 5 years of its life, it was only used to tow their boat, she DD's it now, but it's coming up on being 10 years old, and has shy of 80k on it still.
