Regular manuals have dog teeth in the syncros I assume there is a modified setup...... Still waiting for some one to copy the Honda trans that is a manual with clutch packs instead of syncros..... you'd never need a clutch............ But why not buy an auto at this point??

I can see this app for drag racing, but if you have to clutch for down shifts it seems lame in a practical sense. In an engineering sense its cool though.

This way you have something to disengage the trans from the engine while at a stop.
