Anyone ever have an Out of round Metco Hub/Ring?

I just eaton swapped a Marauder and the Metco Lower is out of round enough to make the tensioner dance back and forth. im pretty sure its the hub itself but Im certainly not gonna get a dial indicator out to find out, I just requested both be replaced and am awaiting a response.
Funny,I had to open up the ID of the ring to get it to slide over the hub.

I cant even question if its an alignment issue, because the holes in the hub/ring are just large enough for the bolts to pass through.

Yes I've seen one other like yours. Just call Metco and they'll send you a new one.

I had to clean up the inside of the pulley when I installed mine too, but didn't have out of round issues. It was way to tight to slip onto the hub.

Alright I removed the hub/ring as an assembly, measured the Metco stuff and the balancer itself and everything was perfect.

I re-installed the assembly in a different orientation as before and now its perfect.
WTF

Could you have rust build up on the inside of the crack pulley? Try cleaning that up a bit.

I always clean the balancer and chase the threads before installing one of these.

It wasnt a front to back wobble, it was if the ring had a high spot in it.

I dont know, guess I dont care now that its all good!
