Ford dealers will offer 600+ hp supercharged 2015 Mustang GT - Road & Track

Ford Racing will offer a supercharger kit exclusively through Ford dealerships that not only comes with a warranty but will also support more than 600 horsepower. The kit was co-developed with Roush Performance and will also be available at their official installers. The kit was developed using Ford Racing test equipment and with official Ford involvement. The supercharger is only for the Coyote-equipped GT models. When installed by an authorized Ford or Roush dealer, it will be covered by the same limited warranty as similar Ford/Roush parts.

If I end up getting a mustang, Im going to get this right out of the gate. One of many options.

They offered dealer installed blowers with warranty before. They were not popular because they cost more than commonly available kits, the install was expensive and it used a canned tune that was very conservative. I believe they used to be rated at 525hp. At least there is a bump to 600.

That blower, with upgrades, is capable of low 10 / high 9 second time slips with out a problem.

the one they had in the show room was like 60k. I did not want, I had planned to buy a base and a paxton set up but havent made it to the paxton set up yet

Here is another option. A 2015 Shelby GT with the TVS makes 627 hp.
