My opinion is that mechanically, ford and GM make equally great trucks- but the ford is light years ahead in styling and interior.

But having said that, it is very rare for anybody to actually buy a fully loaded truck. Most people get the middle of the road model and most construction guys that use their truck to actually do work everyday usually get the lowest end truck (mostly because they ruin it with mud and shit) so I'd like to see who has the best in both of those categories.

I'd buy another Ford.

My totally base model F-250, roll up windows, manual locks rubber floor and just under 170,000 has been super dependable.
