trying to bleed these lifters. are the hydro lifters for these cars supposed to be rock hard or still have tiny bit of sponge to them? these are brand new ones being installed. everything ive read is that the lifters should get rock hard once primed but mine seem to not get fully stiff. should these still have a little spring to them and they will primed fully once in the engine and gets oil pressure running?
try emptying the oil out. if they were sitting around for a while then they could have shit built up onside. or even spray them with some brake clean, rinse, repeat.
