wideband sensor location

I currently have Pacesetter headers on my car and my wideband senor is right next to my narrow band sensor. I just bought a used set of TOG headers and it came with a catless down pipe with a O2 sensor bung at the rear of the down pipe that currently has a plug. Can I use this spot for my wide band sensor because I would rather not drill and weld a bung into the front section of this nice down pipe.

No cat no problem. Only issue moving it further away does is cause a slight delay in the reading. You will have no issue
