GP Aniversery spoiler.

I saw a GP today with the aniversery spoiler. I kinda liked it. Can they be found in silver for a decent price? Also metallic silver not the dull silver.

Yeah they came on the Special Editions, which some were painted your silver.

It is not going to be a bolt on and go type deal with a SE or Aniversary spoiler.

Those spoilers do not line up with any of your current spoiler holes. Plus they sit back a lot further. So you will be revealing the lines of your current spoiler so you will almost definatly have to have the trunk touched up at the very least. The under side of my old GP when I did the SLP gen 2 was all sorts of fucked up, and it was only 4 years old at the time.

if you can find a whole used trunk lid with the spoiler in your color..........that would be your best option. Otherwise you have to pay a shop to fill in the old holes and paint the trunk lid.

Make sure you have the same silver. Those spoilers only came on galaxy silver cars. 1997-2000 was silvermist metallic with the exception of the daytonas which were galaxy silver, and all GP's in 2001-2003 were galaxy silver.

I am going for function > form, thus my finances were elsewhere. I think I am going to find someone with an SE and ask to trade the trunk lids.

Thats messed up. I actually found a guy with a forest green SE with no spoiler I was gonna ask to swap with for my gen 2, but Chaosdragon said he would take care of my trunk lid. So I didnt go that route.

Have been the the yards in Elgin? Last I was there I think there was a gold GP that had no spoiler.
