Can anyone identify this noise? Engine rattle

So this is coming from my engine. I first thought that I blew my engine when I herd this. I know it is hard to tell because all I can record with is my phone.

It is a constant, loud rattle. It is coming from the lower part of the engine on the passenger side. I initially thought it was my Power steering because I could wobble the pulley very slightly with my hand, but this just seems too loud and constant.

Could it be one of the belt tensioner/pulleys crapping out? Allmachtige's SSEi made a noise like that when you let off the throttle and you could see the accessory belt tensioner shake.

you would be surprised what a little play in a PS pump shaft can do. i would take care of that before chasing anything else down.

Hard to see in the clip due to the car running, but I would inspect the harmonic balancer to make sure its not split into two from the inner to the outer.

ok, Replaced the power steering today. That was not it. I'll check the balancer tomorrow when it is light out. Thanks.

Taken the SC belt off and see if it still happens. My tensioner on my SC belt makes a goofy growl sometimes.

I took off the SC belt and it was still there. I replaced just the tensioner pulley on the AC belt with a new metal one too.

Broken flex plate did you check that?

A/C compressor pulley? Mine makes some noise every once in a while.

My AC doesn't work. I just put a new compressor in there 2 years ago.

The balancer looks like it is coming apart a little on the outside edge but I didn't take off the tire off to get a better view.
