Zoomer is letting me order one wire
he got back to me tonight, that was cool

But Im confused about the burn with a Kevlar Sleeve on it?
The sleeve has some miscolor but only very slight?

Same thing happened to me with the sleeve. The package says very clearly that they won't protect against direct contact with the header. Mine burnt right through the boot on a set of pacesetters.

Pacesetters have the same problem with #4. The best fix is a ford 45* to add clearance. This would require you to take the wire apart, some wire sets you cant do that on tho like PRJs, they are glued in. OEM wires(if not old) work great for doing this

I'm eventually going with Bob's suggestion of using a 45-degree Ford boot on stock wires. I have a few extra stockers that are still in good condition and will give it a shot. But temporarily I have the Kevlar boot doubled-over the metal boot cover.
