I've had "Shift Enabled" torque reduction set to enabled for a while (PCM originally burned by Intense) and it seems to kill shift KR. I disabled this a while ago but I need the Downshift torque reduction table to prevent large KR spikes when I get on the gas from a roll. So I tried zero'ing out the Normal table cells (no performance shift button) and the shifts defiantly don't let up on the torque, but I find it creates a little bit of KR.

I can only assume that enabling this helps prolong the life the trans and prevent shift KR. Anyone mess around with this table?

Also next question. Would it be a good idea to lower the coolant temp setting when the knock sensors turn on? Currently its 158, but the engine and cool down quite a bit waiting in the staging lanes. I'm just afraid I'll take a run down the track and actual knock won't register because the coolant isn't warm enough.
