What exactly does he do? im looking to put an accessory or two on it.

He does everything. He can do the simplest things like put on night sights to trigger work that makes it so smooth!

The company is called Canyon Creek and his name is Rich.

He does excellent work and he is nationally known for his XD and 1911 work.
