Yes, it should have the clamps and O2 sensor extension. Thats all you really need.

Do they have a catalytic converter as well?

You are better off buying a Magnaflow cat or just having it bolted/welded to your stock cat. The SLP cat cost too much. I dont know if Mike has one with the headers or not, but if not get the Magnaflow.

I'm on a pretty tight budget being a college student and all but this is something id really like to do to just finish off my car and be done with it.

no i never ran a cat. so they dont come with one, just weld up a 3 inch pipe to it and thats all you need
