Ok, so after my cobalt meet we had today.... I decided my house is more than adequate enough space wise to accomodate such an event. I am also about 25 minutes from US41 dragway... thats in REAL time... not made up time like the "byron is 30 minutes from harvard" time 
we grilled, hung out, everyone was practicing their launch in front of my house.... but none of them could figure out anything about launching so they all just smoked their tires. Great time! We have a horsehoe pit, pool table, big ass bonfire pit (like 10ft wide). maybe next years spring mod day will be good. If a mod day wasnt already planned for this falls event i would say do it then. but there is always next year.
