3800 Ohio Auto Worxs downpipe problems

This is my Ohio Auto Worxs downpipe after 6 months, the flex is comming apart on the inside. Look like it is time for a new downpipe.

The orange stuff is all the rtv i have used to try to keep it sealed up at the manifold. That damn thing has leaked from the day i installed it. Also i have replaced the gasket 3 times and the leak keeps comming back. So is there any downpipes that will seal up and not fall apart with in 6 months?

My Jimmy C. dp I got a year ago has been holding up fine. W-Body stores should hold up fine, as well as ZZP's.

with your setup and the low price of S & S headers it might be time to move upgrade past that.,
just think of what you can sell you PEMS for, the cost of a new DP and the chance of increasing horsepower for a few bucks more is a good idea i think

You might are right on that, I could sell my pems and the hight flow cat with U-bend delete i just cut out of my car last night. The rest of the downpipe is garbage, what a waste of money.
