3800 Meadowdale Raceway and Abandoned House

I came across this website while doing some searching on the internet

I guess its a Abandoned racetrack from the 50's and 60's Its located off 31 In Carpentersville IL. Its actually a park now and totaly legal to walk around inside.

The next house MIKES3 told me about. Its out in Marengo. He said he saw some crazy shit there back like 5-years ago. Mike, maybe you can tell the story again.

Something about this house freaked the shit out of me and my friend. Not only was the grass on the driveway and near the house freshly mowed but this house was boarded up like a fortress and the house and garages were heavily locked up. Someone comes here often and there is probably stuff inside the house and garage that he doesent want people to see or get at. I snaped some pics and left.

On the way back home we stoped by Shireland a Abandoned horse park to take some pics. Ive been to shireland a few times and have tons of pics of the inside.

A few months back I read on the internet that a pornstar and a camara man were at Shireland doing a photoshoot. I guess from that point on Shireland has been under great security. I was gonna go inside and take some pics but there was no traspassing signs posted every 5 ft (dead serious) Like every building, every fence, everything had a no traspassing sign. Since I already been there multiple times and the place is abandoned so nothing has changed I figure it wasnt worth getting cought, someone really doesent want people inside there anymore, because before there were ZERO no traspassing signs.

I was going to ask about this place, read about it in a book. Werent there alot of crashes/deaths along one curve because it was poorly sloped or something and thats why it closed?
