3800 Painting a CAI box

I bought a used WizAir CAI and I was wondering if it's possible to paint the box as I'm not a huge fan of the look. Would a normal engine enamel spray paint do the job safely? Would I be potentially causing any problems if I did this?

i do know engine-block black will work fine and handle the heat

I was once told that painting that wizair would reduce its ability to keep the temps down inside. But I can't prove it, but just somethign I heard might want to look into it if you care

I would ASSume the difference would be tiny. Make sure anytime you pain't something that you sand the surface, then primer atleast twice, the first coat being thin, the second coat more. Do the same for paint (-minus sanding), and clear if need be.
