3800 zzp poly MM install

ok so ive been sitting on a set of zzp poly upper MMs , i know this isnt a hard mod, is there any easy ways to get the job done quick? ive heard of people having to cut out the old ones,is that needed?
is there any quick tech links of the install?
any help?

Takes like 5min to do...atleast on mine.....

You can get them out whole but it will take more time, lube and elbow grease.

Lots of lube to get it out whole. I cut mine out...

wow these things feel like ass. but the lack of hesitation when i floor it is great.
they were able to come out w/o cutting them ..you just need help
