Good gains can be had each pulley sized dropped down to a 2.8. After that it's harder to notice a pulley drop as the the increase in boost is greeted with a significant increase in heat. Below a 2.6" pulley pretty much all gains in boost are negated by heat.

haha no he answered my question it's the same as the cobra after 2.8 you start overspining the supercharger.. you're making more heat then power that just means you've maxed out that particular power adder either go turbo or get a whipple :)

You're so far out the efficency island that you really can't even with an intercooler. You may be able to set it up with no knock but the air is still going to be warmer, intercooler or not.
