Hah, same thing happened to me, the car started to sound like a UFO, then the superchargers boost was.. well.. non existant. New pulley, new belt. :)

edited: I wasnt getting a knocking sound though, just a hellacious squeak. I do get a "rattling sound" from some little black device above/to the back of the supercharger. Atleast I used to, I dont remember if I do now.

I don't think its my tensioner/idler

it sounds like its coming from the intake area either underneath the thrasher, or the intake coupler.

If i can't find the noise, I will ahve someone program my PCM up about 150 RPM's to make the noise non existant

i dunno the trick :(

can i swing by sometime this week for ya to hear it? Last time you were in my car it kinda made it, but now its gotten worse. You said it sounded like a lawnmower, i dunno if u remember though.
