3800 S/C rebuild

My S/C is getting louder and louder every week, the snout is solid and it has a pretty much new coupler, but I don't know how to replace the needle bearings, and I'm pretty sure they are shot since that is where the rattling is coming from. So if anyone has done this and has any pointers please drop a line.

I got the whole thing replaced when my bearing went out.
